  • What materials are the shelving and racking made of?
    Unlike some companies that use recycled metal, our racks are constructed from high-quality galvanized steel for durability and rust resistance.
  • Are the racking and shelving suitable for both residential and commercial use?
    Yes, our racks are versatile and suitable for use in residential, office, and commercial settings.
  • Will the metal structure rust?
    With proper maintenance, our racks are rust-resistant, thanks to industrial-grade epoxy powder coating. However, they can rust if the surface coating is damaged by deep cuts, scratches, or dents.
  • Can the decking withstand the specified weight load?
    Yes, all our racks have undergone weight loading tests and are certified. They can withstand the stated Uniform Distributed Load (UDL) as long as the weight is evenly distributed across the decking.
  • Is drilling required for installation?
    No drilling is required, as our shelves are bolt-free and sturdy. However, please note that drilling into HDB bomb shelters is not allowed.
  • Are there any additional charges?
    A surcharge of S$30.00 applies for deliveries to Jurong Island, Sentosa, and the Central Business District (CBD). An additional $10 surcharge applies for climbing stairs per level.
  • What types of shelving do you offer?
    We offer two types of shelving: Metal Box Shelves and Full Lamination Wooden Shelves. Our Heavy Duty Metal Box Shelves are 2.5cm thick with Rib Beam enhanced Structure Support at the bottom of every shelf. Our Wooden Shelves are fully laminated on all sides.
  • Is there a warranty?
    Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery for factory welding defects on metal parts. Please note that it does not cover wear and tear on all other parts.
