Engaged Star Racking for their boltless metal rack to be installed in my bomb shelter in my HDB unit. The replies via Whatsapp were very responsive, information provided were adequate (e.g. Photos of the rack in different colours and dimensions, length/breadth/height), customer service was super friendly, and the installation person was very helpful as he taught me how to disassemble the rack if need be with multiple demonstrations. The quality of the rack is also really good! I used it immediately after installation to place my spare tiles and there was no warping of the metal racks. Overall very good experience! Highly recommended 🙂
